We offer multiple reliable shipping options using known and reputable carriers to ensure your new pieces arrive in a timely manner. We offer you a choice of cost based on your delivery time requirements and budget - Including some FREE ones based on order value. Options for shipping based on your location appear in your shopping cart at time of checkout. All orders are processed and hand-packed with care from our logistics partner in London close to Heathrow Airport. Orders received by 3.30pm UK time are usually shipped same day.

An Important Note on International Orders: Import Duties & Taxes
For all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you may be subject to extra costs before delivery such as import duties and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in your ASHA order total or shipping cost.
Import Duties & Taxes for EUROPE: We collect the import duty for you at checkout. This is based on EU laws that changed 1st July 2026 and the duty differs now based on the value of the items ordered and the items themselves.
- For orders under €150 (order value excludes shipping) there is a €3 charge per item in the delivery IF the item has a different HS code from the others. If you ordered two items with the same code then you only pay €3. There will be nothing else to pay when you receive your parcel.
- For orders over the €150 threshold we calculate the approximate cost of duty and pay it to your country on your behalf. This avoids any surprise costs when your item arrives. That said, our calculations are approximate so you may, on occasion, find a small amount to pay in difference.
Import Duties & Taxes for Rest Of The World: For all orders please be aware that you will be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in your ASHA order total or shipping cost.
What to expect: The carrier (e.g., UPS or your local postal service) will contact you prior to or upon delivery to pay these charges. The amount varies by country and is based on the value of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges.
These fees and tariffs are charged by the customs authority in your country when a package arrives from abroad and are not controlled by us in any way. We are legally required to collect and declare the items and their full value in your package on the customs form.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your ASHA pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, tagged items that meet the requirements in the Returns and Refunds policy within 14 days of receiving them. Please visit our Returns & refunds page for full details. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot refund any original import duties you may have paid.
