Thank you for shopping at www.weareasha.com, operated by ASHA LDN Ltd. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return under the terms of this policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy. THIS POLICY IS FOR EUROPEAN BUYERS ONLY.
We intend to give you an outstanding customer experience and your item be the right fit first time. We understand how organising a return can be a frustrating disruption in our busy lives. Its also costly to us and the planet due to unnecessary transportation. Thats why we go to great lengths to try and reduce unnecessary transportation and wasted time and costs in the whole cycle of returns. By offering you a detailed sizing guide, complete product descriptions and photography that shows the fit across different sized models we ask that you make consider all this information before making a purchase.
2. Your right to withdraw.
a. If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. If the 14-day deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all product and care labels/tags attached).
- Have no damage, marks, make up stains, material pulls/snags, broken zips etc.
- Not have any fragrance such as perfume.
- Swimwear must have hygiene strips still in place. It is imperative swimwear is tried on over your underwear. We cannot accept swimwear returns where this has not been done.
- Have the White Security ribbons fully still in tact and not cut or tampered with in any way.
- Not have any missing charms/hardware.
- Be in its original packaging including the recyclable bag and tissue paper.
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
4. How to Return an Item
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by Logging into your account at account.weareasha.com using your order number and email address, select the item(s) you wish to return, and submit a return request.
We do fully inspect all returned items carefully and if any of the conditions in Section 2 are not met your claim for refund will be rejected.
We also refund an appropriate STANDARD mail service that you used to purchase. If you choose to use a more expensive service for delivery we only refund the standard amount.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- When you ordered from us an account was automatically created for you.
- Simply log into our returns portal HERE using your Order Number and Email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and request a return.
- You will be able to select various drop off/collection options. Pack them securely and send back to us.
- The items will be inspected and if eligible a refund will be made usually within 3-5 days
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the item/s returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect in which case we will refund the shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If you are worried about damage in transit we recommend you take a photo of our return in good order before sealing and returning.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item for a different size or colour, please place a new order online and return the original item for a refund following our standard returns process.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hi@wearewasha.com detailing your order number and attach photographs of the damage. Once we have agreed the damage or faulty item was caused before or during delivery we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on your preference and availability.
